  1. You listed good resources! I took particular interest in the NBCDI site. I like that one of their initiatives is to incorporate PEP or
    Parent Empowerment Project. Its so important to make sure the FIRST teachers of children (parents) are at their best.

  3. I have never heard of the National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI)
    http://nbcdi.org/. I will visit this site in hopes of learning a little more about child development as it pertains to black children.I am glad that you posted this site.
