I want to continue to
grow as a professional while ensuring every available resource is used for the benefit
of children and their families.

maintain safe and healthy settings that foster children’s social, emotional,
cognitive, and physical development and that respect their dignity
and their contributions

My opinion is that all
things help to shape a child. Once all of these things are provided, then the effects
on children’s development are positive.

partnerships with the families we serve.
Significance to my professional
life
It is important to have
the trust of the families. A good rapport with the families makes it easier to
provide the best services and information needed for the children.
